Join the Battery Team based in Bristol as a Manufacturing Manager and help us to achieve our mission of pioneering electric aviation.

What success will look like for you, as a Manufacturing Manager?

You will be responsible for managing the battery production area, including the control and organisation of all manufacturing activities ensuring safety, quality, schedule and cost targets. Lead technician team in assembly, testing and QA. Ensuring equipment and tools are operational, leading troubleshooting efforts minimising downtime. You will be working closely with our manufacturing engineering, design engineering, procurement, and quality assurance teams to achieve the required outputs.

What would we like you to bring.

We want you to be successful in your role, in order to achieve this, you will need to have proven experience with automated machines and manufacturing systems, with strong leadership and management skills. As well as knowledge of health and safety. Ideally you will have a familiarity with industry standards, regulations and certifications related to battery manufacturing and aerospace quality management systems.
