Project Manager

Smappee is seeking an action driven, motivated Project Manager. In this role, you will become the core link between departments ensuring the successful delivery of our cutting-edge products from research phase to market launch. You will be responsible for orchestrating cross-functional teams, setting timelines, managing budgets, and ensuring that every release exceeds expectations. 

Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with R&D, product management, marketing, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables 
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies 
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to execute projects on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards 
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks to ensure smooth project delivery 
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership 
• Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed 
• Drive innovation and process improvements to optimize project delivery and scalability 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.  
• PMP or similar certification is a plus 
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to launch, preferably in a technology or software development environment 
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams 
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels 
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written

• Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks, while also identifying opportunities for innovation and growth 
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment
