As a Quality Engineer, you will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality standards by overseeing internal and external quality indicators. You will ensure that parts provided by suppliers meet expectations and seize opportunities to optimize the entire quality management process. Responsibilities

• Quality Control (QC): You monitor and verify the quality of products during the manufacturing or production process to identify defects or deviations from standards
• Process Improvement: To enhance product quality and efficiency you analyse data and identify areas for process improvement
• Quality Documentation: You create and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, test procedures, and other relevant records
• Supplier Quality Management: You collaborate with suppliers to establish quality requirements, conduct supplier audits, and address any quality-related issues
• Customer Complaint Resolution: You adres customer complaints related to product quality and you work to resolve issues satisfactorily
• Product and Process Audits: To assess compliance with quality standards and best practices, you conduct internal audits
• Risk Management: You asses and manage risks related to product quality and safety
• Data Analysis and Reporting: You collect, analyse and present data on quality metrics and performance to relevant stakeholders

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (or equivalent experience).
• You have min. 2 to 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and tools.
• Experience in developing and implementing quality testing protocols.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and suppliers.
