The Job
We’re looking for a People Operations Manager to serve as the key People partner to our Australia-based team while collaborating closely with our global People & Culture function. You’ll support leaders and team members through periods of growth and change, help shape and implement our local People systems, and build a strong, people-first foundation that reflects both Australian requirements and Omnidian’s values. This is a hands-on and strategic role, ideal for someone who can move fluidly between advising, designing, and doing.
