We are looking for an outstanding Embedded Software Engineer to join our innovative team that will shape the future of urban e-mobility.

As a member of our Software Intensive Systems team, you will work on verification of our in-house developed software. In this critical role you will be part of the platforms team and responsible for architecture, design, implementation and qualification of highly-automated software testing framework. The position requires high level thinking to architect verification solutions with low level embedded programming, excellent communications and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Your Day to Day:

  • Develop process, methods and customise software verification tools 
  • Specify, design, and develop low-level testing high-performance automated framework
  • Integrate testing framework with Application Lifecycle Management system
  • Perform unit and unit-integration test in software-in-the-loop and hardware-in-the-loop environment
  • Transfer technology to verification suppliers, develop comprehensive supplier relationship and performance management

Your Profile:

  • B.Sc/M.Sc/M.Eng in Software Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related field
  • Good experience in verification of modern safety critical embedded systems and continuous integration technologies
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience in complex hardware/software integration. Hands-on experience in debug and trace tools. iSystem toolchain is plus.
  • Proficiency in Embedded-C, UML and Python. Familiarity with version control and ALM systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of modern software testing and analysis solution. VectorCast and Polyspace is a strong plus.
  • Experience in supplier management and supplier drive.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and to present complex technical topics to a multi-level audience
  • Fluent English language skills

Beneficial to have:

  • Strong expertise in MATLAB and Simulink, Enterprise Architect is a plus.
  • Experience with aerospace (DO-178C/DO-331) or automotive (ISO26262) frameworks
  • Knowledge of tool qualification aspects in safety-critical systems
