LEKO LABS' building system is a novel state of the art to build walls and floors for buildings that have a minimal carbon footprint, are highly insulating and commercially very attractive for developers.
We are active in Luxembourg and on an expansion course across Europe and then wider around the globe. First full homes have been completed based on the LEKO LABS technology in the past two years and we are now scaling up our manufacturing and sales.
Our Vision is to achieve the reduction of 1% of global greenhouse gases by 2040 through a transition to climate friendly building materials and improved levels of home insulation.

As Senior Recruiter, your role is to foster and sustain our exponential growth, by managing the recruitment needs across various departments, sourcing, interviewing candidates, and supporting the onboarding of new employees.
As a key member of the People team, you will be responsible for hiring top talents and delivering a unique candidate experience.
You will play a major part in scaling and shaping world-class teams, and helping us make LEKO LABS the best place to work.
This position reports to the VP People.

  • Hire top talents through a selective and efficient recruitment process.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Be a true business partner, establish and maintain meaningful relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders across the company.
  • Help us select and implement tools, systems and processes.
  • Evaluate and on-board recruitment partners; create a preferred suppliers list based on performance.
  • Advertise our job openings on appropriate communication channels.
  • Foster the vision and mission to candidates and future employees.
  • Design and execute clear recruitment processes, partnering closely with hiring managers to achieve the best results possible.
  • Always maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Assist with implementing and communicating on various HR projects
  • Participate in projects outside of talent acquisition to help us continuously build the best company and culture.
  • Proven experience working within fast-paced, scaling companies, on a global scale.
  • Strong desire to shape an organization, to problem solve and to deliver outstanding results.
  • Ability to pitch and to clearly expose the company's vision and mission, and to attract and retain talents.
  • Experience with Hiring managers & Director/VP level positions required.
  • Ability to partner and engage with leaders on hiring across various time zones and countries
  • Ability to attract talents remotely, and to build remote teams.
  • Fluent English and French is a must (verbal and written), fluency in any other language such as German would be an asset.
