About the Role 
As a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition  you will play a critical role in scaling multiple functions across ChargePoint. You’re someone who tests the status quo and you’ll thrive implementing structure and process improvement in partnership with the business and People Team stakeholders, in a fast paced  environment. You have an  open and adaptable mindset to understand and address the unique needs of ChargePoint. You’ll establish yourself as a trusted advisor to the business, providing expertise in developing effective sourcing and recruiting strategies that will translate into highly impactful ChargePointers. As the local recruiting subject matter expert, you will set a high standard and will accept nothing less than an exceptional experience for both hiring managers and candidates alike.    

 
 
Responsibilities 

  • Lead the India Recruiting team to success- meeting hiring demands, driving career development and fostering a collaborative culture 
  • Partner with Senior Leadership to understand business goals to develop effective sourcing and recruiting strategies, that support the company's growth and diversity initiatives,  
  • Regularly report against progress, providing continuous feedback and local insight to improve internal practices and programs 
  • Spearhead the optimization of recruiting processincluding crafting compelling job descriptions, identifying critical skills, developing interview plans, facilitating debriefs, etc. 
  • Drive recruiting and interviewing best practices to create an excellent experience for both hiring managers and candidates; building on the foundation of ChargePoint company values  
  • Utilize data to drive decisions and influence key stakeholders within the business 
  • Identify business needs, market trends, areas of improvement and collaborate with appropriate business leaders, cross functional partners and fellow Recruiters as needed to develop scalable solutions 
  • Create and oversee a recruiting program that ensures a consistent and rigorous hiring process and quality of hires. Create and communicate an employee value proposition that highlights our culture, benefits, and opportunities.  

 

Requirements 

  • 12+ years Recruiting experience, with a blend of in-house and technical recruiting experience 
  • 4+ years experience leading Recruiting teams  
  • Expertise recruiting in the Bangalore market across technical and non-technical roles 
  • Proven track record designing and executing successful recruitment strategies and programs 
  • Strong knowledge of various sourcing methods, tools, and platforms 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills 
  • Highly skilled at translating requirements into highly effective interview plans 
  • Strong understanding of job architecture & leveling
