Electric Hydrogen is searching for a Senior Financial Analyst responsible for partnering with engineering and manufacturing teams to facilitate timely budgets and forecasts, draft and disseminate financial results and their drivers, support manufacturing operations, and provide ad hoc analysis as needed. You will help stakeholders understand the implications of spend and how their decisions can impact our time to market.

We are hiring one candidate for this role. This position will be based at our office in Natick, MA or San Carlos, CA.

Responsibilities
• Build relationships with key partners in the engineering and manufacturing teams
• Facilitate annual budget/quarterly forecast exercises and assist in monthly close cycles
• Communicate with teams about performance vs plan and understand the key drivers
• Identify tools / reporting that is easily understood by team / project leads
• Understand and communicate impact of significant changes in plans to both financial and timeline milestones
• Keep up-to-date on industry news, trends, and opportunities
• Generate actual vs forecast reporting for stakeholders
• Provide guidance on how to forecast financing requirements, ie help build forecast models

Qualifications
• Manufacturing FP&A experience with knowledge of COGS and CapEx
• 7+ years of progressive financial planning & analysis experience
• High level of MS Excel proficiency as well as other MS Office products
• Experience in start-up and/or manufacturing organizations
• Experience with multiple reporting entities, including subsidiaries and other related parties
• Experience with ERP systems including analyzing current capabilities and leading necessary changes
• Experience with MS Dynamics and Power BI or Tableau
