We are looking for someone to support the Commercial Team for Summer 2025. You will be an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain B2B commercial experience with an interest in the energy and hydrogen space. You will gain exposure to sales operations, customer engagement, CRM management, and strategic analysis while helping ensure continuity in well-established commercial processes. You will report into our Director of Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify inbound inquiries in Salesforce; assign leads to Account Executives.
  • Conduct research to identify potential customers that align with EH2's target customer profile.
  • Coordinate and accompany the sales team during introductory meetings.
  • Coordinate NDA execution with prospective customers in partnership with the EH2 Legal and Sales teams.
  • Help prepare proposals and customer-facing presentation materials.
  • Support supplier qualification processes and respond to customer RFI/RFPs.
  • Maintain Salesforce data hygiene and implement updates in collaboration with IT.
  • Maintain reports and dashboards to monitor sales KPIs and provide biweekly performance updates.

Qualifications:

  • MBA candidate currently enrolled in a top-tier program.
  • 0 – 2 years' experience
  • Prior experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and/or B2B sales operations
  • Interest in clean energy, hydrogen, or industrial technologies
  • Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Compensation and Benefits | I5 | $1,500 transportation stipend will be provided or $3,000 relocation stipend (depending on location)

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.​
