About the company:

We're looking for a experienced, curious, and passionate Chemist to help understand and develop PGM chemistry for Electrolysis. You will work with a team of like-minded scientists who are creating industry-leading hydrogen electrolyzers.
You will be based in Natick, MA, and report to the Catalyst Team Director.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop PGM chemical analytical and QA/QC protocols and specifications
- Develop understanding of recycling practices, requirements, and specifications
- Hands-on with leadership if desired
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent lab skills
- Experience and knowledge of inorganic and metals chemistry
- Experience and knowledge of PGM chemicals and catalysts
- Analytical skills including spectroscopy, analytes, and the ability to interpret and communicate these
- Data analysis and communications skills commensurate with an active lab R&D environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge and experience with Electrocatalysts
