About the company:

We are looking for a Reliability Laboratory Technician to join our Cell Technology. Your mission will be to bring solutions to the design and manufacturing of components for Electric Hydrogen's groundbreaking electrolysis cell.
You will be based onsite in our Lab/Office in Natick, MA.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work collaboratively with a diverse and passionate engineering team.
• Conduct wide range of characterization tests and/or accelerated stress tests (AST) that would enable understanding key technology failure modes.
• Prepare samples for various characterization techniques like SEM, XRF, ICP-MS, etc.
• Execute experimental plans and/or prepare samples for failure analysis
• Provide excellent communication within Electric Hydrogen to facilitate coordinating technology goals and milestones
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years' experience in an R&D laboratory or production support environment
• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training), AS degree in a Technical or STEM field
• Detail oriented, organized, and highly reliable approach to data collection and documentation
• Safety-conscious and ready to actively promote safe behavior and lab operations
• Work with a high-level of autonomy
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in utilizing characterization techniques like SEM, XRD, ICP-MS, etc.
