What You Will Be Doing
Being a leading EV charging network we have a lot of data that is used to enhance end-user experience, optimize network operations and placement of charging stations, and improve internal operations and enable business decisions. This is just the beginning as we see a huge opportunity to leverage data to predict failures before they happen, build delightful products and enable electrification of all forms of transportation.
The Project Coordinator - Supports the Director of Strategic Program Development and Project development team in their efforts to plan, deploy and operate public-facing and fleet EV charging infrastructure. This role includes coordination with client contractor teams, management of program pipeline, document organization, handling purchase orders, processing contractor invoices for grant projects, managing equipment orders, and coordinating equipment shipments. Coordinators also help create and update reports & dashboards in Salesforce for project developers and leadership as needed. The project coordinator also assists in asset management tasks, such as getting utility bills paid, routine operational transactions, and other processes related to charging sites, stations, and site performance.
