This is a position for a mid-career program manager to help the growing needs of Electric Hydrogen.

Working with the Sr. Program manager, this role develops, defines, and executes plans of record, including schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks. You will monitor and drive the program from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders across functions on technical matters. This position monitors budgets and spending, on-time delivery, achievement of program milestones, represents the program and drives alignment across stakeholders.


You will be based at our facility in Natick, MA and will report to the Sr. Program Manager.


 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with our CTO, Program management, Cell technology, and Cell testing teams to build and maintain technology road-maps
  • Manage multiple large development programs – scope, resources, budget, and communication.
  • Help define project governance and a frame-work for efficient change management system.
  • Work closely with our R and D, Testing, and Mfg. teams to help drive timely and efficient implementation of solutions into the product.
  • Communicate priorities
  • Identify gaps in team capabilities to ensure sufficient staffing
  • Provide project updates, data, and insights to inform executive decisions
  • Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies
  • Managing and utilizing resources across projects
  • Managing stakeholders’ communication
  • Managing program documentations and making sure right versions are documented and communicated cross- functionally.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Be a team player and thrive in organized chaos.
  • Proven ability to influence others, facilitate agreement among stakeholders with different interests
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, building relationships
  • Technical aptitude and familiarity with the design and utilization of complex systems
  • Proven track record of complex and creative problem solving and the desire to create and build new processes
  • A practical, common-sense approach to getting things done
  • Critical skills include Execution, attention to detail, initiative, conflict resolution, time management, collaboration, building ownership and commitment, establishing a direction, drive for change, gaining organization support and tenacity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience or PhD with 3 years of Program management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects and programs with tight deadlines
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, throughout the product life cycle from Concept to EOL
  • Experience partnering and leading geographically dispersed and/or ad-hoc teams. Experience working in various geographic locations
  • Experience with developing and deploying organizational strategies and goals
  • Experience in developing and writing white papers, detailed project reports and presenting in executive level meetings
  • Ability to travel across sites up to 25% of time.

$121,000$170,000 USD

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.​
