As a Program Manager, your mission will be to coordinate and facilitate cross-functional activities supporting Manufacturing, Operations and Global Supply chain organization. You will help lead mission critical programs involving external and internal stakeholders to launch the next-generation Electrolyzer technology for Electric Hydrogen.

You will report to the Senior Program Manager. You will be based at our locations in Natick, MA. This is onsite position with possibility to work remotely one day a week.

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create development schedules for various strategic initiatives indicating critical path and key decision milestones. Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • As a PM documentation is key part of your responsibility – you will work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product, processes, and the documentation requirements for successful completion of certain projects.
  • Facilitate communication and cross functional alignment within the stakeholders across organization and with other cross functional teams on various initiatives.
  • Lead project meetings and document action items and progress. Identify and prioritize key tasks and program risks.
  • Set a tone for work quality and accountability within the team; understand programmatic issues affecting final product and delivery timeline.
  • Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects across the company.
  • Champion for unparalleled cross collaboration and communication across Electric Hydrogen.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical for this specific position.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, analytical and financial skills are preferred.
  • Experience with ISO9001 certification & Quality Management systems is a plus.
  • 2+ years of program management experience with accomplishments in concept to market product development
  • Scrappy self-starter with an ability to spot problems and actively solve them.
  • Demonstrated analytical abilities with strong attention to details.
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to react to shifting priorities to meet business/project needs and deadlines.
  • Excellent people skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently with diverse teams, customers, internal and external partners.
  • Collaboration/ Matrix environment mindset.
  • Essential sense of humor
