About the company:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the Production Team / Responsible for supervising assigned area leads & supervisors.
- Communicate and reinforce expectations. Ensure compliance with all HSE regulations, Quality standards and company policies.
- Participate in the maintenance planning process to ensure an optimal maintenance schedule considering HSE, production schedule, and workforce availability.
- Demonstrated ability to work with and develop production performance metrics (safety, quality, delivery & costs).
- Remain engaged, proactive and positive in tough circumstances, owning assignments and taking full accountability for their success.
- Develop training programs and hiring plans for production associates.
- Support of control plans to assure critical features are controlled through the production process.
- Support issue resolution including root cause investigation & corrective action tracking.
- Ensure quality standards are being met throughout the entire production process and support no defects from leaving a station or team area.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS or higher degree or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing/engineering + minimum 2 years in a leadership role
- Problem-Solving, Lean Improvement, leadership of Six-sigma and business results mindset
- Understand key operational metrics and performance management systems
- High motivation and self-starting abilities are a must and able to handle complex and demanding situations while maintaining sound decision making
- Experience dealing with overlapping projects and shifting priorities within critical due dates.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- [Natick Zone] Production Manager (M3): $120,000 - $160,000 per year
Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.
Base salary is just one part of Electric Hydrogen’s total rewards package. We feel strongly that our team should not have to worry about having quality healthcare. In addition to the base salary offered, the hired applicant may receive:
