RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the Production Team / Responsible for supervising assigned area leads & supervisors.
  • Communicate and reinforce expectations. Ensure compliance with all HSE regulations, Quality standards and company policies.
  • Participate in the maintenance planning process to ensure an optimal maintenance schedule considering HSE, production schedule, and workforce availability.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and develop production performance metrics (safety, quality, delivery & costs).
  • Remain engaged, proactive and positive in tough circumstances, owning assignments and taking full accountability for their success.
  • Develop training programs and hiring plans for production associates.
  • Support of control plans to assure critical features are controlled through the production process.
  • Support issue resolution including root cause investigation & corrective action tracking.
  • Ensure quality standards are being met throughout the entire production process and support no defects from leaving a station or team area.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS or higher degree or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing/engineering + minimum 2 years in a leadership role
  • Problem-Solving, Lean Improvement, leadership of Six-sigma and business results mindset
  • Understand key operational metrics and performance management systems
  • High motivation and self-starting abilities are a must and able to handle complex and demanding situations while maintaining sound decision making
  • Experience dealing with overlapping projects and shifting priorities within critical due dates.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • [Natick Zone] Production Manager (M3): $120,000 - $160,000 per year

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.​
