About the role:
Join the innovative Marketing Operations team at Crusoe, where we are boldly aligning the future of computing with the future of the climate. As a Marketing Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in enabling our marketing team to execute high-impact campaigns efficiently and flawlessly. Your work will directly contribute to Crusoe’s growth by ensuring our core marketing technology (MarTech) stack, including Marketo and Salesforce, operates at peak performance, allowing us to effectively engage prospects interested in our sustainable AI infrastructure and cloud computing solutions.
During this internship, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working on resume-worthy projects that cover campaign deployment, data segmentation, performance analysis, and MarTech maintenance. We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, and supportive eager to learn and master enterprise-grade marketing technology.
This is a 12-week in-person program based in our Bay Area offices. While we have two locations- Sunnyvale and San Francisco, most events and programming will take place in San Francisco.

Assist in the setup, testing, and deployment of email campaigns and broader marketing programs within Marketo to ensure timely execution.
Support ongoing data hygiene, clean-up, and segmentation efforts across our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing Automation Platforms (Salesforce and Marketo).
Help with campaign performance tracking and reporting using dashboards and basic analytics to contribute to data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate on building and maintaining essential campaign components, including workflows, landing pages, and web forms to enhance prospect experience.
Participate actively in A/B testing and rigorous campaign QA processes to uphold our standard for high-quality, professional outreach.
Contribute to comprehensive team documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Perform basic audits of live and past campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for process improvement and optimization.
Currently pursuing a degree (Bachelors degree) in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a closely related field graduating Fall 2026 or Spring 2027.
Demonstrate a strong interest in marketing technology and the mechanics of campaign execution.
Proficiently utilize spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis.
Possess an analytical mindset with a foundational knowledge of key marketing performance metrics (KPIs) like Open Rate, Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Conversion Rate.
Exhibit a detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Function as an effective communicator and team player, capable of working cross-functionally and contributing to an engaging team environment.
Show a familiarity with or eagerness to learn core marketing platforms, specifically Marketo and Salesforce.
Previous exposure to or hands-on experience with any marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).
Exposure to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, especially Salesforce.
Basic understanding of HTML or foundational email design principles.
Knowledge of common marketing funnels and lead lifecycle stages.
