About the Role
We’re looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to build and scale Gridware’s L&D function from the ground up. As the first dedicated L&D professional at Gridware, you’ll have the opportunity to shape our learning strategy, create impactful programs, and partner across the company to drive employee growth and development. Responsibilities 
Content Design & Creation: Develop engaging learning content, materials, and resources that support both individual and team development needs.Facilitation: Lead workshops, training sessions, and development programs across a variety of audiences from new hires to experienced managers.Program & Project Management: Own end-to-end execution of learning initiatives from needs assessment and design through delivery and evaluation.LMS Management: Source, implement, oversee and maintain Gridware’s Learning Management System, ensuring content is organized, accessible, and up to date.Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to design team-specific training programs that support business goals.Impact Measurement: Define success metrics and measure the effectiveness of learning programs to continuously improve outcomes.Needs Analysis: Identify skill, knowledge, and capability gaps within the organization and design targeted learning solutions to address them.Leverage Technology: Stay in touch with emerging technologies to advance and optimize learning at Gridware (eg: AI)Required Skills
4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.Strong understanding of principles and methods for training design, facilitation, and measuring learning effectiveness.Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and build strong relationships across teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience building a wide variety of programs from employee onboarding and professional development to safety and compliance training.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously.Strong experience using Canva, Power-point or other content creating tools.
