As Junior Operations Specialist you will be a part of the Daily Operations DACH team, working and supporting customers in the DACH region ensuring operational excellence. The role is fully remote and requires occasional customer visits.

What you'll do:
Together with Operational Account Manager develop and maintain an optimal customer experience for our customers in GermanyManage daily operations and planning First point of contact for our customers and other partners such as carriers and workshops for electric trucksCoordinate internal stakeholders such as invoicing, hardware and chargingAnalyze, optimize and report performance securing agreed KPIs and SLA are achieved Handle and resolve customer requestsMonitoring support inbox and resolve ad hoc deviationsSupport customer deployment projectsCustomer on site visits and go live supportSupporting account managers with backoffice tasksWhat we're looking for:
