We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transportation Manager to join our growing team in Ogden, Utah. The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years of transportation carrier management experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to optimizetransportation operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily transportation operations, including route planning and performance monitoringDevelop and maintain strong relationships with transportation carriers and third-party logistics providersEnsure compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standardsSite budget management and identifying cost-saving opportunitiesLead, mentor, and manage a team of drivers and logistics personnelImplement strategies to improve service levels, reduce delays, and increase overall efficiencyAnalyze transportation data and KPIs to support continuous improvement effortsCollaborate cross-functionally with warehouse, customer service, and operations teamsQualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in transportation or carrier managementStrong knowledge of transportation logistics, DOT compliance, and fleet managementActive CDL (Class A) preferredProven leadership and team development skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesWhat We Offer:
