Zero Homes is hiring an Installation Coordinator for our HQ location in Denver. As an Installation Coordinator, you will be responsible for core customer work-streams throughout our core operations functions and will touch nearly every part of our business. Your Impact
Manage the day to day coordination of electrification projects from contract through install completionInterface directly with customers, subcontractors and vendors and own day-to-day management of our support linesTrack and maintain project documentation, including permits and inspections, job close out, and quality documentationSupport key business operations projects and partnerships Overall, help each team at Zero to be more efficient and effective while contributing to our ambitious mission What You Bring
2+ years of experience in field project management, installation operations, customer service, or a related role as an expert generalist Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication abilities, ability to interface with customers Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, G-Suite Familiarity with Heat Pumps or other renewable energy products and servicesYou live within 50 miles of Denver, CO (or are willing to relocate with assistance).
