You will:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage carrier partnerships to expand Einride's network.
  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing carriers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for carrier partners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Negotiate and draft carrier contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions
  • Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track carrier performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Einride's operations, logistics, and technology teams to optimize network performance.
  • Educate and sell Einride’s offerings and mission to potential carrier partners.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational issues or challenges related to carrier partnerships.
  • Stay informed of the latest trends in the transportation space, including procurement and pricing.
  • Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in carrier relationship management or a similar role within the transportation and logistics industry.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to quickly establish trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with autonomous vehicle technology and electric transportation is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for meetings and relationship-building activities.
  • Education:

  • Master’s or Bachelor's degree within relevant field.
