We are looking for a highly motivated individual to be our Quality System Document Coordinator. This individual will be a key resource within the Quality team and be the subject matter expert on BETA quality system generation, review, approval, and release of quality system documentation. Additionally, you will be a member of a highly motivated, efficient, and productive group of people, and will be working with them to create an electric transportation system that is safe, efficient, and conserves natural resources.

As a Quality System Document Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all documents related to quality management processes `You will be responsible for managing document control procedures, maintaining document databases, and facilitating document review and approval workflowsManage document numbering, naming conventions, and version control procedures to facilitate efficient document retrieval and trackingOrganize and maintain document databases, repositories, and filing systems to ensure documents are stored securely and are easily retrievableEnsure all documents undergo appropriate review by subject matter experts and stakeholders and facilitate revisions and updates as necessaryMonitor document approval status and track document change history to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standardsSupport compliance and audit support with regulatory requirements and industry standards by ensuring all quality assurance documents are maintained in accordance with applicable regulations and guidelinesAssist with document control activities during internal and external audits, including document retrieval, review, and documentation of audit findings and corrective actionsProvide training and guidance to employees on document control procedures, including document creation, review, approval, and distribution processesCommunicate changes to document control procedures and requirements to relevant stakeholders and ensure understanding and compliance across the organizationIdentify opportunities for process improvement within the document control system and quality management system and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and complianceYou will track the status of document approvals and revisions and ensure that documents are updated as needed to reflect changes in processes, regulations, or standardsMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institutionPrior experience as a document coordinator 1-3 years of business experience, preferably in a manufacturing or quality departmentExperience with MS Office and/or Google suite (word processing, spreadsheets, slide presentations)Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skillsAbility to work with a bias for action and a sense of urgencyAbility to handle multiple prioritiesA passion for flight is a plus
