As Carrier Relations Manager you'll be joining a top talent team of ambitious, creative, kind-hearted people who challenge conventional thinking in transportation and logistics, think big, and aim for zero emissions. You will:

Identify, onboard, and manage carrier partnerships to expand Einride's network.

Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing carriers.

Serve as the primary point of contact for carrier partners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.

Negotiate and draft carrier contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions

Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track carrier performance.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Einride's operations, logistics, and technology teams to optimize network performance.

Educate and sell Einride’s offerings and mission to potential carrier partners.

Proactively identify and resolve operational issues or challenges related to carrier partnerships.

Stay informed of the latest trends in the transportation space, including procurement and pricing.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in carrier relationship management or a similar role within the transportation and logistics industry.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Ability to quickly establish trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders.

Familiarity with autonomous vehicle technology and electric transportation is a plus.

Willingness to travel as needed for meetings and relationship-building activities.

Education:

Master’s or Bachelor's degree within relevant field.
