We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for an Business Systems Analyst. You have experience leading systems implementations and working with various stakeholders. You maintain a holistic view of the 'big picture' and champion that vision to others across the business.

You will be based at our facility in Natick, MA, and will report to the Head of IT.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop systems and processes to grow and scale our manufacturing and quality operations from R&D to full-scale production
  • Lead requirements gathering and implementation for ERP, PLM, and MES products
  • Work collaboratively across multiple departments (Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, etc.) and 'connect the dots' between our various systems
  • Keep a future-focused mindset and think of not only the present state of our tools but how those tools will function in the future
  • Be able to lead and project manage initiatives that are highly technical in nature
  • Spearhead business process improvements across the business from a technology & operations standpoint
  • Develop comprehensive documentation on our tools and internal best practices
  • Advocate for new technology when appropriate and push back when you feel is needed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of business operations/analyst experience
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Systems or manufacturing background

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Background with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Understanding of PLM, MES, and ERP products
  • Background in energy/climate related businesses
  • Experience working with deeply technical engineering team colleagues
  • Passionate about decarbonization
