About this role:

·       Design and build world class enterprise systems, applications, and processes across business functions with an emphasis on Manufacturing and Manufacturing Integrations

·       Manage implementation and operations of Manufacturing related systems and processes including any Material Resource Planning (MRP) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES)

·       Provide Best-in-Class tools and processes to create and maintain efficient business operations and high-volume factory

·       Collaborate with teams across functions and domains internally and externally  

In this role, you will: 

·       Subject Matter Expert for Manufacturing and Manufacturing Integration across systems and processes

·       Collaborate with business to determine tools and processes required for improvement and optimization

·       Deliver the tools & processes in time to support the program milestones

·       Support the applications for the factory operations, and remediate any issues within the published service level agreement

·       Work with the business, IT, and the system integrator to design and deploy tools & processes

·       Document the new processes & procedures, train and support the users

·       Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity and accuracy across all systems

·       Manage 3rd party vendors including managed services and project implementation partners

What's essential:

·       Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Science, Statistics, Math, Management IT (Software Development), Data Scientist or related fields

·       At least 5years of experience in business systems and applications in a related industry

·       In-depth understanding of engineering, supply chain and manufacturing processes with solid comprehension of functional process integrations

·       Track records on project managing complex projects

·       Familiar with system integration including technical support and management of interfaces

·       Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

·       A drive to work in a start-up environment, where the job description is a baseline, but everyone is expected to go beyond it to achieve the company’s mission

 

Desirable:

·       Experience implementing and supporting Oracle ERP Cloud

·       Experience implementing BI reporting services

·       Experience in an automotive, aerospace, and/or consumer goods manufacturing environment.
