Are you looking for a unique flavor in biotechnology? We’re looking for a candidate to be a part of a growing analytical sciences department leveraging cutting-edge and conventional protein analytics. The intern will learn protein characterization and quantification workflows which include but are not limited to liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry. This person will work collaboratively with the team in developing, optimizing, and executing analytical methods for our “active food ingredients” that make plant-based food taste better and more nutritious. This position will work hand-in-hand with the bioprocess department. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced startup environment with a great culture.
