Ready to be part of something really big? We're looking for a creative and nimble Sr. Program Manager to lead a suite of high-impact, transformative programs across the enterprise. Through a deep understanding of industry-specific business processes and effective deployment of program management methodologies, the individual will ensure the attainment of the program and organizational objectives. 

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of one or more high-impact programs that drive transformational benefits across the enterprise.

• Influence and align leaders and cross-functional teams to effectively deliver the strategic intent of the program(s).

• Develops and operationalizes detailed plans using a combination of program management tools and techniques.  

• Reports on program progress, with compelling team and management updates. 

• Embeds a culture of agility and deftly leads the adoption of these principles and behaviors across the team and the organization.

• Leverages business process understanding to operationalize, function-specific, and enterprise-wide business processes that elevate organizational excellence and drive strategic alignment. 

 

Experience and Expertise

• Master's degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering. An advanced degree (Ph.D.) is a plus. Seven plus years of relevant program management experience.

• Demonstrated knowledge in designing, developing, and commercializing food ingredients and food products.

• Advanced knowledge of project and program management principles, methodologies, and solutions (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.). 

Adept at deploying tools that best meet the program's needs and the organization.

• Adept at leading and managing cross-functional teams concertedly to attain organizational objectives.

• Demonstrates clarity and conciseness in both verbal and written communication.

• Is self-driven, creative, innovative, and has strong business acumen.
