Your role and your team:

As an Administrative Assistant in the CEO Office at Lilium you will report to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and work closely with all stakeholders in the CEO Office.

You will serve as the centre hub for the CEO Office, keep people organized and work on day-to-day operations and administrative topics to create a highly efficient organization. Your work will present ever-changing opportunities from assisting senior executives to greeting Lilium guests to organizing events. More importantly, you’ll become a trusted source of support at Lilium.

This is an exciting role that offers a lot of variety and opportunity to help shape a great company. 

Your Day to Day:

  • Conducting administrative and organizational tasks including event support and coordination
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, setting up for meetings and ordering supplies
  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations
  • Prepare expense reports for our CEO
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
  • Arrange emails, set up meetings and general correspondence with our business partners and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients
  • Maintain an organized filing system of electronic documents
  • Execute Purchase Request, Purchase Order, and Goods Receiving-related tasks
  • Work on any ad-hoc related tasks or projects provided by management

Your profile:

  • Degree in Business or in lieu of degree experienced administrator
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills
  • Ability to maintain consistent attention to detail, be able to prioritize and independently manage time in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Good judgement, high level of self-reliance with the ability to work in a team, as well as autonomously
  • Creative problem solver with outside the box thinking and ability to help find quick and practical solutions
  • Fluent English language skills and advanced German language skills are essential, and any other language is beneficial
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality and trust
