envelio is a software company that provides solutions for the energy sector and is based in Cologne, Germany. As a spin-off of the RWTH Aachen University, we develop software for the digitization of electricity networks. With our products, we contribute to the success of the global "Energiewende" (change of the energy sector) by integrating renewable energies and e- mobility faster and more cost-effective into the energy system. working student (f/m/d) in the People & Organization team, you will support us in conveying our employer brand as well as our culture and values in a target group-specific way and thus advance our recruiting activities. How You Make an Impact
- You have the opportunity to develop and manage projects on your own responsibility: from employer branding and personnel development to (tech-) recruiting
- You will actively shape our candidate journey and support in the area of Talent Acquisition
- You will provide project-based support on a wide range of topics such as: Learning & Development, Organizational Development, New Work, Mindfulness & Mental Health as well as team and leadership development and the strategic implementation of our OKRs
- You will take on operational tasks such as creating job advertisements, social media posts and documents
Your Profile
- You are in a bachelor's or master's degree program in business psychology, psychology, human resources management or a comparable field of study
- You have already gained some practical experience in personnel development or recruiting
- Your heart beats for people and organization topics
- A willingness to learn, a sense of responsibility and a high degree of initiative characterize your working style
- You have a confident manner and are able to communicate in German and English
