What you will do:
As a Warehouse Operations Specialist on the Supply Chain and Operations team, you will focus on managing day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, and inventory management. The majority of your time will be spent managing and improving warehouse processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity. In this role you will:
- Manage receiving of delivered supplies, materials, and equipment including confirming that delivered goods match purchase order specifications of quantity and conditions
- Assist with forecasting and estimating potential stock requirements based on demand and usage, then collaborating with the Procurement Team to create replenishment requests
- Examine invoices and shipping manifests for conformity to tariff and customs regulations
- Manage and document invoicing, receiving, and shipping manifest records for Accounts Payable
- Assist with developing and managing inventory related projects such as cycle counting, inventory audits, and tracking the transportation and distribution of inventory
- Assist with developing standard and emergency operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing, shipping, or salvaging products or materials
- Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Assist with developing and implementing efficient systems for inventory management
- Perform reporting and analysis on inventory and warehousing status
- Organize and maintain storage and inventory areas for efficient material storage and handling
- Coordinate relevant activities, work orders, and scheduling with all departments
What we need you to bring to the team:
- 5 years of experience in warehouse operations
- Experience managing invoices and manifests in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes
- Possess demonstrated understanding of logistics and inventory control
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as needed
- The ability to adapt quickly to changing processes and responsibilities
- The ability to relate to and communicate effectively with customers and employees at all levels
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to stand, walk, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light-to-moderately heavy items of 10 - 65 pounds.
- Ability to sit, stand, stoop, stretch, walk, bend, twist, reach, perform repetitive motions, and carry boxes or items
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and gantry cranes/hoists

Compensation:
- The anticipated starting pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00 hourly and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education.
