The role

In your role as Teamlead IT Operations Manager (f/m/d), you ensure smooth IT operations providing best-in-class processes and tools for envelio to support our growth and enable the transition to a full-hybrid organization. You will be part of our IT team’s mission to provide value for the company through a customer-centric and automation-first approach. As basis, you’ll find a modern tech-stack and the room to try new and innovative solutions - with a steep learning curve ahead.

Your tasks and responsibilities

You are responsible for the IT Operations function and represent your team in cross-functional collaboration
You lead, develop and enable a team of currently 2 full-time team members and are responsible for further hiring within your team
You run our internal server and network infrastructure ensuring availability and integrity
You create the workspace for our users to be successful be it in our office or remotely across the world
You develop our application landscape based on seamless integration and an automation-first approach
You provide first-class enabling processes such as our IT helpdesk, user manuals, and trainings for the organization
You ensure high standards of IT security in line with our ISO 27001 information security policies
You develop our IT partner strategy to ensure access to critical resources, know-how and services

What you need to succeed

You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role incl. people leadership
You master different expectations, deadlines and requirements and feel comfortable in managing different stakeholders
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to non-technical people, both verbally and in writing
You are goal-driven and like to use data to look for growth opportunities
Entrepreneurial and hands-on spirit in optimizing and introducing new processes, tools and structures for continuous improvement
Fluency in both English (C1) and German (B2) is required for this role
