This role plays a crucial part in supporting the flow of information within our supply chain to ensure the seamless execution of critical processes and the achievement of organizational goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). The successful candidate will not only assist with the coordination of communication and data flow among various teams but also play a pivotal role in managing manufacturing bills of materials and pricing information. Responsibilities:
Assist the Supply Chain Analyst in monitoring and expediting the information flow within the supply chain.Manage and maintain bills of materials (BOMs) and pricing information for our full range of products.Coordinate with various teams, including engineering, product management, manufacturing, supply chain management, project management, and sales.Ensure the alignment of ERP master manufacturing data systems with desired business processes.Support the tactical execution of information used for supply chain operations, particularly regarding re-order points, costing, and lifecycle management.Contribute to the development and tracking of supply chain KPIs.Support the identification and implementation of supply chain process improvements.
Skill sets
A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Prior experience in a support role within supply chain management or a related area is preferred.Familiarity with ERP systems and data management.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
