Therefore, we are looking for a Service Desk Agent to join our Customer Service team.

Based on a ticketing system, you will be responsible for the 2nd line support (via phone and email) of our certified installers and partners (B2B).

What can you expect?

  • You will help find solutions for our customers if they experience problems during installation or configuration.
  • You will assist Smappee partners by providing support to their end customers. You will get to know our products inside and out, collect feedback from users and translate the user manual into user benefits and explain it in an understandable way.
  • You will work closely with other departments and provide feedback on recurring problems

Requirements

  • You have an interest in ICT and/or Electricity and are open to learning more about the energy / e-mobility sector.
  • You enjoy working in a team and with customers.
  • You can express yourself in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
  • You take responsibility, are quality-oriented and a real problem solver.
  • You have a 'green' heart and believe in renewable energy.
