We're looking for a Commercial Project Manager to drive the seamless execution of our energy management and EV charging projects. In this role, you'll oversee project implementation, ensure smooth customer onboarding, and coordinate installations with both internal teams and external partners. 

As the bridge between sales and project delivery, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while optimizing workflows and project outcomes. Your expertise in project management and customer engagement will be key to maintaining high client satisfaction and operational efficiency. 

You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively identify and resolve challenges, and drive continuous process improvements. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset. 

Responsibilities 

  • You oversee the end-to-end rollout of EV charger installations for B2B customers (fleet managers, insurance partners, car dealerships,…) ensuring smooth execution.  
  • You manage the overall implementation plan, aligning internal teams, external installation partners, and B2B customers. 
  • You act as the single point of contact for the B2B customer regarding project progress and provide real-time insights to help mitigate potential risks proactively.  
  • You define installation rollout plans, taking into account customer agreements, priorities, and volume.  
  • You coordinate with internal teams (logistics, technical support, training, operations) and external installation partners.  
  • You monitor project timelines, installation rates, and completion targets for B2B customers.  
  • You handle escalations related to delays, installation capacity issues, pricing adjustments, service level concerns, or compliance challenges with a proactive and commercially flexible approach. 
  • You proactively identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up, driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. 
  • You improve communication with the sales team to guarantee a seamless transition from contract signing to project execution and ensure the smooth handover of administration to Sales Operations team. 

 

Requirements

  • You have a commercial mindset with a strong interest in project management and/or sales. 
  • A first experience in a customer-facing role, project management, or commercial environment is a plus but not required. 
  • You have strong organizational skills as you will work cross-functionally with different departments.  
  • You are proactive and have a solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and address them effectively.  
  • You have strong attention to detail and accountability to deliver projects on time and within scope. 
  • You have excellent communication skills in English en Dutch.
