We are looking for a motivated and out of the box-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support and manage the roll-out of energy contract projects. In this role, you will play a critical part in coordinating, managing, and ensuring the seamless execution of energy-related contracts. Your responsibilities will include gathering client feedback, fostering strong partner relationships, and collaborating with senior project managers and data consultants to ensure project milestones are met.  


As a Sales Operations Specialist, you are eager to learn and enjoy hands-on fieldwork. You think critically about your activities and processes, with a focus on optimizing products and workflows. 

This role has a strong ‘learn as you go’ aspect, where a hands-on approach is key. You take pride in fully understanding tasks and are skilled at clearly describing them for future automation. 

Responsibilities 

  • You act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, providing regular updates to stakeholders. 
  • You are in direct contact with clients, so you are very client orientated. 
  • You support execution of the project, by following the flows 
  • You continuously monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed 
  • You deep-dive into energy markets to get a thorough understanding of its working and dynamics. 
  • You evaluate project plans, including timelines, budgets and risk management 
  • You collaborate with product management, external partners, marketing, and other stakeholders to enhance deliverables and iterative process optimisations 
  • You are responsible for a correct data input in our CRM-System and for a structured follow-up, primarily from our office in Harelbeke, Belgium, with occasional work in the field. 

Requirements

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree or have relevant experience in administration or internal sales. 
  • You can express yourself in Dutch, English and French.  
  • You have a proactive, entrepreneurial and commercially minded approach to tasks.
