Your Role

As part of our Sales and Business Development team, you will directly influence the growth of envelio. Your task is to develop new projects for our product, the Intelligent Grid Platform (IGP) and to win grid operators as satisfied and long-term users. Within the team we attach great importance to a trustful cooperation as well as self-initiative and a high degree of responsibility.

As Sales Operations Manager (f/m/d), you will be responsible for managing the administrative and support functions necessary to ensure the efficient operation of our sales department. This role involves coordinating sales processes, maintaining customer databases, and ensuring seamless communication between sales representatives and other departments.

How You Make an Impact

  • You provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations
  • You manage, structure and segment our customer database to boost our sales productivity
  • You manage our sales pipeline and ensure accurate data entries into the CRM system
  • You develop and maintain a library of sales templates and documents, including proposals, contracts, and presentations
  • You identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in sales operations
  • You serve as a liaison between the sales department and other departments, such as finance, marketing and customer success

Your Profile

  • You have completed a university degree in the field of industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable course of study
  • You have experience in a sales support or an administrative role, preferably in a managerial capacity
  • You have hands-on experience with CRM tools and strong proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Powerpoint and MS Excel
  • You have strong analytical and organizational skills and pay attention to detail and accuracy
  • You see yourself as a team player and support your colleagues at all times in order to achieve the common goal
  • You are fluent in German and English, other languages are a plus
  • You bring a high degree of initiative and enjoy working independently
