The Job
As a Sales Officer, you will be the first point of contact for residential homeowners inquiring about our services. You will sit at the intersection of our Business Services and Sales teams, working closely with the Operations team to ensure a seamless handoff of scheduled jobs. This is a high-energy, entry-level role perfect for someone looking to launch a career in renewable energy sales and customer service.

What You'll Do
At Omnidian we believe in trust and autonomy. How you create an impact is ultimately up to you. Here is an outline of some of the things you’ll be doing:Lead Conversion & Scheduling (70%)
Manage high-volume inbound leads from Google by engaging with residential homeowners.Qualify customer interest and provide high-level information on our service offerings.Collect and process customer credit card details securely to finalize bookings.Schedule site visits and jobs directly into the calendar for the Operations team.Sales Support & Administration (30%)
Coordinate with the Sales and Business Services teams to ensure lead data is accurate.Follow up with potential customers who have not yet committed to a schedule.Maintain clear records of customer interactions to facilitate smooth handoffs.Contribute to a positive team culture by hitting daily outreach and conversion targets.Who You Are
