The Job
As an Administration Officer, you’ll provide essential administrative and coordination support across the business. You’ll be a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, assist with scheduling and work orders, and help keep office
operations running efficiently. This role is well suited to entry-level candidates, career starters, or those transitioning into an administration role.

What You'll Do

  • At Omnidian we believe in trust and autonomy. How you create an impact is ultimately up to you. Here is an outline of some of the things you’ll be doing:
  • Handling basic inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Assisting with appointment scheduling, confirmations, and work order updates.
  • Completing data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supporting travel bookings and general administration tasks.
  • Assisting with office supplies, organisation, and presentation.
  • Working closely with internal teams to support service delivery.
  • Who You Are

  • A positive, reliable, and customer focused approach.
  • Clear communication skills and a professional phone manner.
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Basic computer skills (email, calendars, data entry).
  • Willingness to learn and take direction.
  • Experience with travel and other booking systems (advantageous).
