The role

Our web application platforms already enable grid operators to digitize and automate their core processes.As a Project Manager (f/m/d) you are part of our Customer Success Team and coordinate activities within the scope of tenders of potential new customers and research projects. In doing so, the structuring and management of concurrent projects, taking into account the requirements of our clients, are crucial. In this role, you will act as a link between our internal stakeholders and project partners and play a key role in the overall business and product development process.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- You are responsible for customer onboarding in pilot and rollout projects in close cooperation with the Customer Implementation Team
- You advise customers on the further development of their business processes with the help of our software
- Through continuous dialog with the various stakeholders, you identify and map the biggest challenges and improvement potentials in technical and business processes
- You are the first point of contact for our users and act as an intermediary between them and internal stakeholders from the Product and Sales departments
- You identify and analyze key figures on customer benefit and customer satisfaction
What you need to succeed
- You have first professional experience in project management with direct customer contact and you are enthusiastic about building and maintaining consistent customer relationships.
- You have completed your studies in business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable subject
- Ideally, you already have experience in research projects, key account management or related fields in a B2B context
- You have the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders at eye level and with a high level of trust - in German and English
