  • Work with engineers to create a work breakdown structure identifying tasks, time, and dependencies.
  • Work with account managers to clearly communicate expectations, requests for information, and review materials with the customer.
  • Participate in Product Specification reviews and other internal processes to make sure customer intention and internal requirements are being met during the development process.
  • Track progress to the work breakdown structure, identifying delays, technical risks, and resource needs.
  • When risks are identified, work with the appropriate teams to develop a mitigation plan by adjusting technical strategy, resources, and/or customer expectations.
  • Present status updates on customer projects as part of regular account review meetings.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of project-based management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical workers in unfamiliar fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand project-based design requirements.
  • Experience managing critical path through multi-departmental projects with critical due dates.
  • Strong proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, or Microsoft Project).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Degree in an interdisciplinary management field.
