The role

Our web application platforms already enable grid operators to digitize and automate their core processes.As Program Manager (f/m/d), you are part of our Customer Success team and coordinate activities with our key customers. The structuring and management of different projects with the strategically most important customers are crucial.
In this role, you will act as an interface between our internal stakeholders and the customers; so you play a key role in the overall business and product development process.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- You are the first point of contact for our customers and act as the interface between them and internal stakeholders in management. Apart form that, you communicate with Customer Success, Engineering, Product and the Sales departments
- You coordinate activities in various projects with key customers, including planning and prioritization of necessary project resources at envelio
- You define and monitor the long-term strategic direction of the collaboration with our key customers
- You report activities and progress to the envelio management
- Through regular dialog with the various stakeholders, you identify and capture the biggest challenges and improvement potentials in the technical and business processes
What you need to succeed
- You have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field of study
- You already have professional experience in independent project management with direct customer contact and are enthusiastic about building and maintaining consistent customer relationships
- Ideally, you already have experience in technical consulting, customer success management, key account management or related fields in a B2B context
- You communicate convincingly with a high degree of trust with our customers as well as with colleagues
- You are fluent in English and German
