Your Role

As a Product Operations Manager (all genders) at envelio, you ensure that our product organization stays on a scalable path with clarity, efficiency, and consistency. You build and operate the operational foundation so that Product Managers can focus on customers, the market, and the product. In close collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Finance, and Sales, you help create measurable value for our customers while achieving our business goals.

How You Make an Impact

You define, optimize, and standardize all product related processes such as roadmap planning, discovery and delivery frameworks, and release management, ensuring their sustainable implementation.
You establish a consistent product KPI set, reporting standards, and dashboards, and develop reliable data-driven product insights together with the team.
You take over project administration as the operational backbone: from scheduling, documentation, and reporting to ensuring quality and compliance requirements are met, coordinating approvals, and collaborating with Finance for milestone-based invoicing.
You support and professionalize tender processes: from structured requirement gathering and offer calculation to deadline and compliance management, and clear handovers to Sales, Legal, and Finance. You establish reusable templates, checklists, and streamlined coordination processes.
You foster knowledge exchange and documentation standards, ensure structured communication around product information (e.g., IGP documentation, release notes), and support internal and external product formats such as roadmap updates.
You enable smooth collaboration between Product, Engineering, and other functions, and set impulses to continuously maintain and improve established ways of working.

Your Profile

You have professional experience or relevant internships in Product Operations, Product or Project Management in a B2B/SaaS environment, ideally in a regulated market or the energy industry.
You have strong process and systems thinking with the drive to build and continuously improve scalable workflows and standards.
You have solid experience in building KPI systems, reporting, and product analytics, as well as in collaborating with data and engineering teams. Knowledge of common analytics and observability tools is a plus.
You confidently manage stakeholders in complex projects, including tender processes and contract-bound milestones.
You have excellent communication skills, a structured way of working, and high standards for documentation and knowledge management.
You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
