Your Role
As a Working Student in
Technical Writing & Customer Documentation, you will support our Customer Engagement Team in further developing our customer documentation and presenting complex software in an easy-to-understand way. You will maintain and structure content in accordance with our style guide and work closely with the Language Department to ensure consistent, multilingual delivery (3+ languages). You will also participate in customer surveys to ensure that feedback is effectively incorporated into the optimization of the documentation.
How You Make an Impact
- You develop and improve customer documentation and explain how our complex software works
- You add content to our customer documentation in accordance with our style guide
- You work closely with our language department to ensure linguistic consistency and make the customer documentation available in 3+ languages
- To improve customer satisfaction, you will assist in creating and conducting customer surveys
Your Profile
- You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in communication, communication design, technical writing, or a related field
- Communicating in both German and English is no problem for you, as you are fluent in both languages (C1 level)
- Projects are in good hands with you and are implemented in a structured manner
- You are familiar with version control tools such as GitLab
- You are proficient in using MS Office programs
- You are passionate about the energy industry and interested in developing your skills as part of an open-minded team
