Your Role
As Program Manager (all genders), you are part of our Customer Success team and coordinate activities with our key customers. The structuring and management of different projects with the strategically most important customers are crucial.In this role, you will act as an interface between our internal stakeholders and the customers; so you play a key role in the overall business and product development process.
How You Make an Impact
- You are the first point of contact for our customers and act as the interface between them and internal stakeholders in management. Apart form that, you communicate with Customer Success, Engineering, Product and the Sales departments
- You coordinate activities in various projects with key customers, including planning and prioritization of necessary project resources at envelio
- You support and evaluate the long-term strategic orientation of the cooperation with our key customers
- You report activities and progress within envelio
- Through regular dialog with the various stakeholders, you identify and capture the biggest challenges and improvement potentials in the technical and business processes
Your Profile
Perfection is a myth! We’re more interested in the human behind the screen, so think of these criteria as helpful directions — we're excited to see how your unique skills might fit in.- You have a degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology or a comparable field of study
- You already have professional experience in independent project management with direct customer contact and are enthusiastic about building and maintaining consistent customer relationships
- Ideally, you already have experience in technical consulting, customer success management, key account management or related fields in a B2B context
- You communicate convincingly with a high degree of trust with our customers as well as with colleagues
- You are fluent in English and German
