As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting various marketing initiatives to promote our brand, increase awareness, and drive customer engagement in both EMEA and globally. You will be a critical part of an early commercialization team who will be a introducing a safer and more sustainable battery that will have a positive impact on our planet. Manage daily administrative tasks to support the Business Development and marketing function in both EMEA and for the US headquarters. Conduct market research to identify new revenue opportunitiesDevelop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagementMonitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns across various digital platforms (website, social media, email, etc.) using analytics toolsGenerate regular reports and insights on key performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategiesCollaborate with the Natron’s Marketing & Sales teams to create content strategies aligned with audience behavior and preferences identified through data analysisConduct competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the market, staying updated on industry best practicesManage and maintain the company’s online presence, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms and industriesStay abreast of digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to propose innovative strategies for improvementRequired Skills and Qualifications

This is an onsite position in our office in Sion, Switzerland. You must currently live locally or be willing to move there immediately. You will go into the office in Sion every day. You must be a Swiss national or currently authorized to work in SwitzerlandThere could be up to 20% travel to assist with tradeshows and company eventsCompensation is competitive with other local Marketing Associate (0-2 years experience) positions
