ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically minded individual to join our team as a PMO .
Key Responsibilities:
•Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
•Specialist in project change and communication management.
•Demonstrated success in delivering transformative change across multiple largescale programs in various regions.
•Skilled in defining and measuring success metrics and tracking change progress.
•Capable of identifying improvement opportunities and driving continuous improvement initiatives in change management.
•Deep understanding of the change process and how individuals navigate change.
•Able to apply change management processes and tools to develop strategies that support the adoption of project or initiative changes.
•Responsible for documenting and streamlining process flows.
•Experienced in project management frameworks and conducting project phase gate reviews.
•Develop and maintain a central repository of project management knowledge, best practices, lessons learned, and resources.
•Strong in communication and coordination with project teams and stakeholders.
•Create and maintain reports for leadership and management levels.
•Oversee and manage project documentation.
•Experience in stabilizing IT governance frameworks for project management.
•Experienced in managing ITGC and SOX processes.
What will our ideal candidate bring to Fluence?
•A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience is required.
•Project Management certification preferred (e.g., PMP, CSM, ITIL Change Management, etc.).
•Experience managing projects involving applications such as SAP, Salesforce, Netsuite, Concur, etc.
•Strategic thinker with an understanding of organizational issues and challenges, capable of making informed decisions.
•Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey messages to diverse audiences.
•Strong analytical abilities to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources.
•Handson experience with project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
•Proficient in using process flow tools (e.g., MS Visio).
•Ability to collaborate effectively in a crossfunctional team environment and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools/software.
