As a spin-off of the RWTH Aachen University, we develop software for the digitization of electricity networks. As Intern (w/m/d) in the People & Organization Team, you support us in conveying our employer brand as well as our culture and values to specific target groups to boost our recruiting activities.  Trust and appreciation are at the center of our cooperation and communication with our talents.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • You support the team in checking CVs, pre-selecting perspective profiles as well as being part of the entire interview process
  • In addition to creating and placing job advertisements, you coordinate job interviews
  • You continue to develop our employer brand and create content formats for various purposes, such as offline career events, social media posts and campaigns
  • You help design our candidate journey, act as a contact partner for our applicants and answer initial questions before and during the application process
  • You participate in the conception and further development of our employer brand strategy and our recruiting processes

What you need to succeed

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Psychology, Psychology, Economics, Personnel Management or a comparable field of study
  • You already have some first hand experiences, ideally in employer branding or recruiting
  • You enjoy organizational work and have an independent and structured working style
  • You communicate in a way that is appreciative and at eye level
  • You have a confident demeanor and you can easily communicate in both German and English
