We are looking for an experienced Group Product Manager to join our product team building the future of intelligent movement. In this role, you will drive the development of Charging Management products and lead a team of product managers building the mobile application suite of Einride’s intelligent freight management platform for electric vehicles - Saga.

As the Group Product Manager, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our electric vehicle charging product portfolio, including charge point management systems (CPMS), depot management, smart charging, and applications for both drivers and shippers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation, ensure scalability and efficiency, and align solutions with customer needs. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in providing emissions reporting tools to help shippers track the decarbonization of their transportation networks. This role requires proven experience in product management, ideally within the electric vehicle charging space (especially for heavy-duty vehicles).

What you'll do:

Lead the advancement of Einride’s Charging Management products including development and integration of charge point management systems (CPMS) and a depot management system enabling reservations and smart charging.

Drive the success of the entire product lifecycle, ensuring timely and data-driven discovery, development, launch, and continuous improvement of products; Prioritize the portfolio roadmap based on market research, customer needs, and competitive analysis

Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture while providing guidance, feedback, and professional development

Coordinate with engineering, data & analytics, architecture, design, marketing, sales and operations teams to ensure aligned and efficient product development, acting as the key liaison for product-related communications

Bring deep charging industry experience and develop a thorough understanding of our customers to ensure products address real needs, staying ahead of market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy

What we're looking for:

Significant domain expertise in EV charging.

Proven experience in product management, ideally within the electric vehicle charging space (especially for heavy-duty vehicles).

Deep expertise in charging technologies, infrastructure, and management systems.

Exceptional leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and deliver products that delight customers and achieve business goals.

Deep understanding of product development processes, agile methodologies and go-to market strategies.

Proven track record of managing and launching successful products in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
