Natron seeks a General Manager / Manufacturing Site Leader. This person will create, staff, ramp and direct all plant operations for Natron’s Holland Michigan manufacturing facility while reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer.
The person for this position has significant prior experience leading operations in a company that manufactures Li-ion electrodes / cells or alternately uses roll coating processes that involve ink formulation and tape casting at high volume. Strong candidates will have prior experience building world-class manufacturing team(s) from scratch. As General Manager, this person will work with the company’s leadership team to develop, create, and execute manufacturing roadmap(s) resulting in high-quality, low-cost battery cell and final battery system products. As Site Leader, this person will be responsible for all Government and supply chain partnerships. Able to teach and enforce this across their organization.
