Finance Manager (f/m/d)

The Intelligent Grid Platform (IGP) is a software for the digitalization and automation of technical processes for distribution grid operators.
 
As Finance Manager (f/m/d) you will play an active role in ​bringing our finance processes to the next level. In a team of two further persons, you'll be responsible for ​important operational tasks but also ​also ​for implementing strategic concepts, which make our department smarter and even more efficient. The overall goal is to accompany envelio´s growth and support the energy transition at the same time.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Maintain smooth finance operations and take over related day-to-day tasks
• Ensure timely completion of month-end close in collaboration with our external accounting team
• Drive our planning & forecasting process in cooperation with the sales team, the management and other stakeholders
• Structure and develop our finance processes as well as related business processes
• Prepare and improve regular and ad-hoc reporting for investors, management and budget owners
• Analyse our financial performance to generate actionable insights and improve KPI-based decision making

What you need to succeed

• You have successfully completed your studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a similar field
• Your first relevant professional experience in areas such as controlling, accounting or financial analysis is already given
• You are a driven person who is eager to take on responsibility
• You speak German and English fluently (C1-level) 
• Strong “hands-on mentality” and independent working style: you like to drive your topics and structure your tasks in a target-oriented way
• You have good analytical skills, a data driven mindset and feel comfortable with Excel modelling
